O/L, A/L, school dropouts, airline employees, recruiting agents, customer service, marketing, management, cruise ship employees, frequent travelers, bank employees, security personnel, part-time job seekers, hotel employees, embassy employees, airport employees, secretaries, tour operators, migrant workers, cabin crew, individuals who want to learn, and employees who plan company travel.
Enrolment in these courses will be restricted to a small number of students.

The course will consist of eleven sessions and an open-book exam, and it will be finished in three calendar months.
